Resident Spotlight - Alfred

Webwood is a family, there is no getting around it. It is not even a foreign idea that people who spend so much time together have a connectedness that transcends casual relationships. Our ideas of the definition of family most likely differ as much as the sixteen different definitions that Merriam-Webster offers (https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/family). Our definition is so much more broad, defining it as a group of people with close connection, but the thing that sets it apart, is the verb form, not the noun. We are just a group of people that care about each other, celebrating in success and mourning tragedy or loss, gathering to share a meal, and sharing in our faith no matter the flavor.

Alfred cared for Ruby. We care for the both of them. We know that Alfred cares for our staff, as he has expressed it. We are just people, and if you are truly a PERSON, you can't help but feel connected with those that you spend so much time in close proximity, laughing with, crying with, celebrating with, and mourning with.

Webwood is about Real People and more importantly The Person.
